Shreek has developed and delivered integrated marketing communications plans for diverse global companies for over 22 years, with a strong focus on technology and innovation. He has a proven track record in PR and communications programmes that need thought leadership, message identification and development, lead generation, copywriting and media relations.
Shreek has also created sales presentations, run channel marketing programmes and managed conferences, exhibitions and other events.

Simon Gribbon
Simon has 27 years’ experience in the PR, marketing and communications industry including significant expertise in commercial agency, voluntary, in-house, freelance and public sector environments. He is a specialist in media relations, stakeholder engagement, copywriting, proof-reading, web content management and social media.
He has successfully worked on campaigns and projects for start-ups through to international corporations across sectors including technology, travel, tourism, transportation, sustainability, manufacturing, arts and culture, social care, healthcare, retail, financial services and many others.
Lisa-Jayne Smith
Lisa brings over 20 years’ experience in marketing, communications and PR to the Sandstar team. She has worked in a range of sectors including private, charity and local government gaining extensive experience of copywriting, developing marketing communications plans, raising company profiles, increasing customer engagement and brand management. Lisa also has experience of managing stands at large international exhibitions, handling social media accounts and websites, producing newsletters and event organisation.
Stacey Ballard
Stacey brings a multifaceted blend of marketing and communication skills to the business. Having worked across a range of sectors – from the technology industry and property sector to education and local government – Stacey is a professional at creating on-brand content, specialising in creative copywriting, engaging social media campaigns, tailored web content and proofreading.
Alice Barwell
Alice ensures that Sandstar’s operations run smoothly. She has broad experience of working in administration and client-facing roles and supports our team by creating up-to-date media contact pools to ensure that the content and press releases we produce reach the desired target audience while achieving maximum media coverage. She has a proven ability to build positive client relationships and her forte is conducting market research into various sectors, compiling analytic reports for clients, updating websites with the latest news and events, and producing graphics and social media posts.
